The Toledo Celtics RFC currently compete in the Midwest Rugby Union’s Division 3 Eastern Conference, the competitive core and lifeblood of our club. This is the side that carries the traditions of grit, toughness, and teamwork forward into every season.

Over the years, the D3 squad has delivered some of the club’s greatest moments: a Midwest Championship and National Semifinal appearance in 2006, a return to the Midwest Championship in 2017, and most recently, winning the Spring 2025 Michigan Cup. Each of these achievements stands as a testament to the relentless drive of the players who wear green.

As of today, the D3 side is the only official squad we field, and it embodies everything that makes the Celtics who we are. It is here that new recruits cut their teeth, veterans continue to lead, and the identity of Toledo rugby is built week after week.
